Welcome to my photo gallery, which contains selections of photos covering my visits to various narrow gauge modelling events over the past couple of years or so, showing the best that there is, in terms of narrow gauge model railway excellence.
I hope you enjoy viewing the photos, and look forward to meeting up with many of you at a narrow gauge show in the future.
HOUSEKEEPING TIME!
In order to keep within my space quota, I will only be retaining collections up to a maximum of 2 years old. As a new collection is added, the oldest if it is over 2 years old will be removed.
I commenced these collections during 2007 and all of the collections from that year plus many more additional images, along with photos taken in 2006 were incorporated into my Roving Reporter Photo CD, Volume 4, which is an illustrated electronic book on CD with photos and written commentaries covering no less than 27 visits to events, meetings and individual layouts during that 24 month period. There are nearly 2500 photos of over 200 different layouts!
The CD is still available by mail order. For ordering details, please visit the 009 Society website (there is an access link in the "links" panel on this page) and select the link on the opening page menu to the "Photo Collection CD" page. You do not have to be a member of the Society to access this site or to order one of the CDs!
Collections from 2008 and 2009 will similarly be incorporated, along with many hundreds of additional photos, in a new CD - Volume 5, which is currently being prepared and is targetted for release approx April 2010
NEW COLLECTIONS:
A new collection covering as much as I could of both the layouts and the relevant trade stands at EXPONG was added on 6 November 2009
A further new collection of photos taken at the Northampton & District NG Modellers members and friends open day, held at Weedon Bec on 8 November added on 12 November 2009
